Raspberry ripple Ice cream!

I bought some new barrym polish recently and couldn't wait to get home and try it out. I got Raspberry and Berry Ice cream which go amazing together.

My favourite is the Raspberry one. Which is your favourite?

Leopard print!

OK, I've been away for a while but I'm back and hopefully ready to give you guys something a bit new and different.

OK so let's just ease you back in with my latest nail trend.

Apologies for the blurry image, after a few desperate tries I had to give up or there wouldn't have been enough battery to upload a pic.

I used rimmellondon I love fruities Cranberry zest as the base, Boots 17 Sherbert Lemon as the print and modelsownit nail art pen.

I will be experimenting with different colours over the coming weeks and putting a tutorial up soon.

Please feel free to suggest some colour combinations.

Vibrant nails!

I have a different colour on each nail. Some Summer brights and on top my new modelsownit smash-up Purple.

I also painted on the smash-up side ways and it looks amazing.

Be Happy!

What you want to see.

Hey guys, I thought to get you all involved in my blog and keep you interested I might ask you what you really want to see me write about.

Just leave me a comment and I will take on board your suggestions and then choose one to write about soon. I would like to make this a regular thing, perhaps once a month, ask your suggestions, opinions and feedback

Some more experimenting.

OK, anyone that checks in on my blog regularly will know I have not posted for while. Apologies but I have been moving house, working a lot and ill, busy month lol!

Well you will be pleased to know I am back and here is my latest post.

As you may know I love nail polish and painting my nails. So I went for the nail effects again. I love it so much because you get a different effect every time and you can mix and match so many different colours.

Here I used one of my favourite colours, Grey Matter by rimmellondon and Pink Instant Nail Effects by barrym.

If you want to try this yourself then take a look at the barrym tutorials for some great ideas.

Nails, nails, nails!!!

In case you hadn't noticed, I LOVE NAIL POLISH!

I buy at least one new nail polish a fortnight. On yesterdays shopping trip I completed my I love fruities collection and they smell gorgeous. I also bought the new modelsown nail art pen for £6, bargain!

I used the pen along with my I love fruities Strawberry fizz and Lemon drop polishes to make this pretty design. OK so it's not hugely creative but I'm still learning. I used the nib to do this but you can use the thin brush as well for more intricate work.

In the I love fruities collection you can buy Lemon drop, Apricot punch, Cranberry zest and Strawberry fizz. I hope they bring out some more soon because these are delish!

Just to prove my obsession here are some photos of my collection of polishes, which will take me a while to finish since nailsinc is soooo expensive.

Keep checking back for more additions to my polish collection.

I Love Fruties!

I recently bought some new nail polishes, one of which was from the new Rimmel I love fruities range.

I had heard a whisper about a scented nail polish and was excited to try it. I picked up Apricot Punch which is a mouth-watering summery burst of colour. Once the polish was dry I took a whiff and was amazed how strong the scent was. The only issue I have is the smell wears off the more you wash your hands. It took about three days for the scent to disappear completely but by that point it was chipping so was ready to come of.

I picked my little beauty buy up from Boots for the bargain price of £2.99. If you find you want to snap up more than one colour then head to Boots where you can get 3 for 2 at the moment.

I will be heading down their soon to finish off the collection. I love fruties!

More Wishes!

In case you were wondering, wishhandmadejewellery have a men's collection as well.

Some men might think that jewellery is only for women but more and more modern men are wearing it. You can buy quite masculine pieces like the ones wishhandmadejewellery make and sell.

The guys from TOWIE are regularly seen wearing wishhandmadejewellery on the show and at events. Mark even wore their rosary when he proposed to Lauren. You can also see some pieces on the models at the recent Essex fashion show.

This cross chain is my favourite.

Cool nail effects!

I love nail polish and painting my nails so when Barry M came out with a nail effects polish I quickly became obsessed. You paint your nails in any colour you want and then paint a coat of the Nail effects on top, what you are left with is a scratch kind of effect.

There are loads on the market now and the trend has taken off rapidly. I currently have Barry M's Black Magic and Pink Fizz with Blue Print and White Frost still to claim. I recently bought Models Own silver Smash up polish which I tried tonight with the Pink Barry M Nail effects.

If you want to try this new trend then you can find the effects polish being sold by Barry MModels Own17-Nail Xtras CrackleNailsinc and many more to come.

Burlesque themed events!

As the wedding season approaches, the night-time city streets become filled with gaggles , or should I say giggles of hens enjoying their last moments of singledom.

Tradition dictates that hens go out on the town dressed in Claire’s accessories finest hen night attire and proceed to get silly on cheeky vimto’s and any cocktail with a suggestive name. In recent years however tradition has been broken and ladies have take a more modern approach, booking spa days, activity weekends and even mini breaks. is the perfect site for booking such an occasion. They are an independent travel operator specialising in tailor-made trips in the UK and abroad for groups of up to 200 people. You can choose from a pre made package or tailor your own to accommodate your groups needs.

A particularly popular choice amongst their customers and a craze just hitting the south coast is Burlesque trips. Hosted in the south's trendy gay central, Brighton, the pre made package offers Burlesque dance classes, a photo shoot in your seductive attire and cocktail making classes. Since the rising fame of acts such as Dita Von Teese and burlesque themed films such as, Burlesque starring Christina Aguilera and Cher and Baz Lurhmans Moulin Rouge, burlesque themed events have soared.

Throughout the day you will learn how to use a feather boa in a seductive manner and unleash the the power of removing your glove slowly. Simple but stunning routines shown to you by instructors with years of experience. This vintage dance focuses on fun and shows you don’t have to be a dancer to use a boa. Props are included in this two hour session and also nibbles and drinks on request.

What better way to capture the fun of your last single girls weekend than with a professional photo shoot. The shoot will be lit and styled with a sultry ambiance, high heels and lots of glam make-up. You will pose in group  and individual photos and given a CD each to take away and print to your hearts content.

After a tiring few hours, take the opportunity to reflect on the day and have a giggle and some fun making your own cocktails. You will be taught how to make three classics by a cocktail barman in a two hour masterclass at a trendy oriental venue in town. There will be plenty of shaking, stirring and sampling to keep you happy and even the chance to get behind the bar and practice some of that shaking. After the class you will be able to enjoy a banquet of Asian tapas and VIP treatment in the venues nightclub.

If this little lot still isn’t enough, London is less than an hour away on the train if you want your day to end with a bang.

Accommodation is also provided so no need to worry about where to stay in such a busy place like Brighton. For prices and dates contact them via any of the following methods.

Wishes do come true!

Since we are wearing less now the weather is warmer, it's time to step up the beautiful bling. wishhandmadejewellery's summer collection emanates the classic summer look, bohemian.

Bohemian is such an easy, effortless look to pull off that you will be in it all summer and rocking some of these lovely pieces.

These two are my favourite from the Summer collection because they are so unique and you won't get these anywhere else. Check out the ever growing site where Myleene Klass and Sheridan Smith have been the latest to check out the new beautiful pieces.

Think I may have to purchase wishhandmadejewellery myself this summer and I have my eye on the the purple lovely in the middle of picture three. What have you got your eye on?

Make a little wish!

While meandering through Twitter recently I noticed unahealy from The Sats requested we all follow WISH Jewellery. The name instantly attracted me and on closer inspection of their twitter page, it seems everyone from TheSaturdays, denise_vanouten, Amanda_Holden to Fearnecotton are wearing Wish Jewellery.

Helen and Sarah started their Wish in February 2008 with the intention of offering what the high-street don't, one of a kind hand crafted pieces. Each piece is made to order with flawless attention to detail and passion. They also have seasonal collections which can be found on their new website.

This piece is one of the best sellers and has been seen on Jess Wright of TOWIE in Star and OK magazines.

This one is particularly popular with the celebrities and Una Healy has been spotted by Look magazine wearing it as well as fashion leader Fearne Cotton and Denise Van Outen.

I adore these pieces and they will go perfectly with this seasons Maxi dresses

Prices range from £15 to £35, for individual pricing contact or use the Contact form on their website.

My latest wish list!

Modelsown box sets

One colour for every week of summer. I love Beth's Blue, Lilac Dream, Scarlett Sparkle, Disco Mix, Magenta Divine and Emerald City.

Today I bought.

I am in desperate need of some new summer clothes and since I had a 20% off voucher for my favourite shop   New Look  I thought I would start off my new summer wardrobe.

This gorgeous, simple, floaty dress was just £9.99 and came in two different colours or four if purchasing online.

These lil pink cheeky's are my favourite out of everything I bought and they look very sexy!

This simple crop top will go well with the bright pink hot pants and it was only £5.99.

I can wear these now even though it's still chilly some days, with a pair of tights and boots for the chilly days and bare legs and flip-flops for the hot days.

Celebs I love!

I absolutely love
They lead such glamorous lives but still seem to stay scandal free. Presumably from humbled backgrounds but still hugely talented and successful.

Mollie is known for being the "posh, smiley one", earning the nickname "Miss Disney" by the other Saturdays. She also plays the acoustic guitar. Featured quite heavily in weekly Celebrity magazines for her outfits, she is one of the most stylish of The Sats!

As you can see she has always got her legs on show and wouldn't we all if they were as gorgeous as Mollie's.

My wish list!

Lux draped jacket

This New Look jacket is an absolute MUST HAVE for me. I love it's slouchy, chilled look but it still looks so classy. It is perfect for these mid-summer eve's while it's warm during the day but chilly come early eve. You can wear it with anything as well, skinny jeans and heels for a relaxed but glam evening look or city shorts and casual plims. I will be wearing this with my fave skinny jeans, plims and a low hanging necklace to accentuate a gorgeous neckline and a delicate bracelet to enhance those delicate feminine wrists. Don't forget a fab summery nail colour!

I love both of these T's and think they will both look amazing underneath the Lux Draped Jacket for a cool casual look. Buy these a couple of sizes bigger than you normally would so it hangs down below the jacket a little for an even more laid-back look and you can wear it with a belt, some tights and boots for a sexy rock night-time look.

This is my favourite out of all my wishes. it's pretty, floaty, feminine and comfortable, it encompasses everything I love about being a girl. It will show off a sexy tan and those gorgeous shoulders and neckline. Keep your neckline bare but wear a small bracelet and flip-flops. This outfit is so gorgeous it needs very little adding to it.

This chunky bangle will look fab with the jacket and the dress for an evening look.

My latest wish list!

I have wanted a Brooch for as long as I can remember but not one from the High street. Something like this one is beautiful, one of a kind and more vintage.

I'm into anything vintage/retro at the moment and I have wanted a card holder for ages and I just love this design.
